10 Years of excellence

Discover — align on the problem
We begin by getting everything out on the table: your goals, success metrics, technical constraints, existing brand assets and the people who will use the product. This is a focused discovery where we gather primary inputs (brief, analytics snapshot, stakeholder map) and run quick research to validate assumptions and expose risks.
The outcome of this step is a single, signed-off project brief that defines the scope, priorities and acceptance criteria. That brief becomes the project’s north star and prevents scope creep. We ask you to name one point of contact who can make timely decisions so the work keeps moving.
Design — concepts to polish
With alignment in place we translate the brief into concrete direction: prioritized user journeys, information architecture, and two to three concept directions that show how the product should look, feel and behave. These concepts are validated early through rough sketches, annotated flows and low-fidelity prototypes so we test ideas before they become costly to change.
We document technical needs, content requirements and accessibility considerations alongside the concepts so development surprises are reduced. Deliverables from this step include the validated concept, a prioritized feature list, and a short validation summary that explains why the chosen direction best meets the goals.
Handoff — ready for build
After a direction is chosen we move to high-fidelity design: complete screens, interaction details, microcopy and a build-ready design system containing tokens, components and usage rules. Prototypes cover key flows and edge cases so stakeholders and testers can experience the product before development.
Feedback is handled through consolidated review cycles — we keep commentary centralized, track out-of-scope requests, and surface trade-offs so decisions are transparent. Handoff includes developer-ready files, exported assets, specs, a living component index and a QA checklist with acceptance tests to make build and launch predictable.
Launch & Learn — measure and improve
Launch isn’t the finish line, it’s step one of real-world learning. We run a pre-launch review, confirm the acceptance checklist and support a staged release if needed. After deployment we monitor key signals, collect user feedback, and recommend a prioritized improvement plan backed by analytics and qualitative insights.
If you want ongoing support we provide retainer options for scheduled improvements, analytics reporting, A/B test creative and prioritized design time so new work doesn’t stall engineering. Ownership transfers on final payment and we’ll sign an NDA on request; unless you ask otherwise, we reserve the right to show the work in our portfolio as a demonstrable result.
Extremely helpful and patient. We were admittedly slow on our side and they were patient and helpful throughout the entire process!

Designer was creative, thoughtful, communicative, and adaptable. We are extremely happy to have worked with Akash and are thrilled at the final design of our site. Top-notch quality and professionalism.

Very happy with the design and great communication. Would not hesitate to work with them again!

Tell us about the project using a short brief: goals, timeline, budget range and any existing brand or product assets. We’ll review that, suggest a scoped plan and deliver a one-page proposal and timeline. Once the scope and milestones are agreed, we request a deposit and book the kickoff.
Pricing is scoped to the work. Small brand refreshes or single-landing builds start at a fixed entry fee, while full product design or multi-page sites are estimated per project. If you provide a ballpark budget up front we’ll align the scope to that number and show trade-offs so there are no surprises.
Standard terms are a deposit to start, one or two milestone payments during the project, and final payment on delivery. For retainers we invoice monthly. We’ll include exact terms and deliverables in the proposal so expectations are clear before work begins.
Yes. We build WordPress sites and custom web applications end to end, including responsive front-ends, CMS setup, custom plugins and third-party integrations, with a staging build and deployment to production. We can implement the build or hand off developer-ready files and documentation, and post-launch support is available via retainers or scoped work.
We centralize feedback in the design tool or a shared channel (your choice) and ask for one point of contact to keep decisions fast. Regular check-ins, milestone reviews and a shared task list keep communication transparent and action-oriented.
Absolutely. We’re happy to sign client NDAs and work under confidentiality terms. If an NDA is required we’ll review it as part of the proposal stage.
